As a business, you'll want your computer to be working at all times. So TechMedic can perform repairs if your computers stop working. You'll also want to have regular backups, which TechMedic can help you set up and test (or even keep some for you). You may want to set up a small network, sharing resources between computers such as files and printers. Secure hard drive data destruction can also be performed to ensure no one can access your sensitive or confidential data.
Clear, understandable English used at all times, and only jargon if you want it. And TechMedic doesn't do work and run, you can always call for help over the phone afterwards if things aren't fixed, working or explained as expected.
Current rates for business users are £45 per hour, plus reasonable parking expenses if required (or, if applicable, provision by you of appropriate parking permits). Above 5 miles driving, £1 a mile to cover travel time and costs.
