Clear, understandable English used at all times, and only jargon if you want it. And TechMedic doesn't do work and run, you can always call for help over the phone afterwards if things aren't fixed, working or explained as expected.
Current rates for home users are £40 per hour, plus reasonable parking expenses if required (or, if applicable, provision by you of appropriate parking permits). Above 5 miles driving, £1 a mile to cover travel time and costs.
